I just finished one of those 33 1/3 little books on Reign in Blood, and it was terrible. Atrocious writing, few insights, poorly organized- I'm too annoyed to go on. That's your heads up, rocker. Did find the King Tuff record today and a Bottle and Skulls lp for a buck, so let's call it a draw.

i got home from work on new year's eve at 4pm, haven't left the house since then and started whiskey around midnight. so i was going to write something about the 13th Floor Elevators book and about raiding Soulseek for the first time in like a year but i can't log in. I need a new invite thingy sent to my new gmail account. After 10 years with the same yahoo email address, it is time for the change america needs.
is it wrong to download every single CD released by the Omni http://www.worldwentdown.com/omni/ and Numero Group http://www.numerogroup.com record labels in one night?
Greetings from Argentina. I have eaten goat every day for the past 4 days. Also suckling pig and blood sausages. They like their meat here. Photos to come of thenaimals i have eaten.
ChrisO clearly you have a problem. Lets discuss this at The Trappist with the rest of the bloggers when I get back.
Is there anything more disappointing than the poorly written rock book? Its such a let down when a great topic like a classic lp is poorly reported. Slayer frankly deserves one of the great novelists of our era.
I passed out on the couch at 9:30- couldn't even finish Caddyshack. Our "family" evening got cancelled due to one of their kids' illnesses so we were stuck at home with amazing beers and only me to drink them. I've been soulseeking like a ravenous bitch lately- knew I had the disease again when I recogized anger brewing over a failed Afrika Bambaata d-load.
Soulseek was built for discography devouring. There is no wrong in that.
I listened to Easter Everywhere on a walk the other day and am certain I like the first record better. It's still great, though.
In other news, I am a bachelor for four days. Come over and make sure I misbehave.
