Looking to compensate myself for a week's suffering from an evil procedure, I mosied on down to Issues and delightedly found all vinyl 15 bucks or less on sale for ten. Picked up some Captain Beefheart, a couple of Curtis Mayfields, a Kraftwerk and Black Sabbath's Paranoid. I almost grabbed fifteen James Brown records but Amy tugged on my shirt and begged, "Daddy, please save some money so I can have food." Get on down there and grab some Sun Ra or Thelonious Monk or Electric Prunes while they last and then head on over here. I'm five days childless.
