roll on ye Bears- reminded me of last year's opener against Tennesse- plenty of big plays and stupid mistakes equating to one exciting football game. I thought they were gonna sacrifice a tree-sitter at halftime- what a disappointment
I got drunk and acted like an ass at the game. In fact I got into verbal exchange with a tree sitter and his ground based supporter. It began with me telling the sitter to come down as his mom in Lafayette had called and that dinner was ready. It ended with me making sounds like a chainsaw as I headed to Top Dog for a post game bratwurst. I am soon to be 40.
Despite this, Cal won and I had a great time. Cal has many weaknesses but it was an exciting first game which ended with a win.
